    <li>Users can add specific remarks to their bookings, such as "Stop at the barrier," ensuring a tailored travel experience.</li>
    <li>Once a vehicle is located, detailed information including fleet number, registration number, brand, and model is provided.</li>
    <li>Real-time tracking enables users to monitor the status and location of their incoming taxi.</li>
    <li>Payment options are varied; users can choose to pay conveniently by cash, credit/debit card, or e-voucher.</li>
    <li>After the ride, passengers are encouraged to rate their experience and leave feedback, contributing to service improvement.</li>
